do I need to make an appointment?

Yes an appointment is required, you can book directly on our website under the appointments tab.

WHY IS THERE AN APPOINTMENT FEE?

We like to do things differently here at The Ivory Concept.  Finding your wedding dress is all about YOU. We offer a true exclusive bridal experience You will have access to the entire salon to try on any of our exclusive designer gowns.  Our stylists want to get to know you on a personal level to help find your dream dress! Friendly reminder, all booking fees are non-refundable.

what is the price range for gowns?

$2,400-$8,600. The majority of our gowns fall between $3,200-$4,400.


how many people can I bring to my appointment?

We can accommodate up to five visitors with the bride. We ask that you bring those that are most important to you and your decision. For dress pick ups and follow ups, we allow you plus two.

 

What is a trunk show?

A trunk show is a showcase from the designer with their most recent collection. It’s a great opportunity to try on gowns that we do not normally have in store!

 

what should I wear to my appointment?

Nude undergarments and whatever makes you feel beautiful. You do not need to bring shoes.

 

how far in advance should I start shopping?

We recommend anywhere from 12-14 months before the wedding. We recommend you leave 10-12 weeks for alterations before your big day! It’s better to have more time with your gown, then stressing before the wedding.

how long will it take for my gown to come in?

Every designer is different. The average production for a gown is 6-8 Months, however rushed shipping is available for most designers if you need your gown sooner!

 

Help I changed my mind on my gown!

You’re human, it happens, however we are unable to stop production of your gown or issue a refund. All gowns are made to order. We can absolutely recommend different websites and consignment shops if you wish to sell when your gown arrives.
